According to a recent survey taken all over the world Giovanna Melandri the Minister of Italian Youth Policy and sports took the top spot of sexiest politician.she finished her diploma in the university of Rome.In 1991 she became the part of national secretariat.She has also been a deputy of Italian parliament.
Melandri also holds U.S citizenship cast a vote for Barrack Obama in the Democrats Abroad primary election during 2008.
She was elected as a Minister of Youth and Sports on May 2007.
