BREAKFAST - FOR A HEALTHIER LIFE


Breakfast is the first meal eaten in the morning . The word derives from the meaning of breaking of fast.

In the ancient times breakfast is considered as the most important meal of the day.There was also concern that students who skip their breakfast will perform worse in the school.Breakfast is essential for the healthier life. There is another thinking that skipping breakfast will reduce their weight. Starting a busy day with an empty stomach results in frustration,poor performance . Recent researches proved that the persons who skip their breakfast are known to be 2-3 kg weigher than the normal persons . Having a good breakfast makes us better to face a better day.
