Microsoft corporation the leading software company has threatened Yahoo! with a hostile takeover of the company if they do not agree to the offered deal within three weeks.
According to Microsoft if Yahoo didn't accept the offer they will do the deal with the share holders.
Earlier Microsoft has made $4o billion for Yahoo,They had rejected the earlier offer saying the company was worth substantially more than what Microsoft had offered.
Microsoft wants Yahoo! in its fold to be able to compete with Google in Internet search and other services.
