BEAT SUMMER WITH WATER



It’s a good idea to carry a bottle of water when you’re out on the road these days, even if it adds a bit to the weight of your bag. Recent studies may have debunked the rule saying that you need to gulp down eight glasses of the liquid a day as a mere guideline, because experts now say that you need to treat water like you would any nutrient. You don’t need to overdose on it to stay healthy, you just need to get enough.
The right amount of water is necessary for the skin’s elasticity and suppleness. Even without sweating the body is losing water through the skin and this needs to be replaced. Otherwise skin cells become dry, crack, peel and change colour.Constipation due to low water intake as we all know leads to raised toxin levels and therefore a dull skin that easily breaks out into pimples.

A poor diet or excessive dieting can cause excessive hair loss.Other reasons may be of tension,stress,exposure to sun and frequent coloring.

  • Eat lots of good quality protein and plenty of leafy vegetables and fleshy fruits.
