TIPS TO REDUCE YOUR HAIR FALL

CAUSES FOR HAIR FALL

A poor diet or excessive dieting can cause excessive hair loss.Other reasons may be of tension,stress,exposure to sun and frequent coloring.

  • Eat lots of good quality protein and plenty of leafy vegetables and fleshy fruits.
  • Iron supplements may also help.
  • Avoid refined carbohydrates and fats
  • The traditional Indian diet is ideal for health and hair.
  • Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water
  • Keep the scalp clean and condition your hair at least twice a week
  • Massage your scalp with almond oil
